Why can't Time Travel EVER be Possible?

What we see at night, as many of you must already know, is past. It’s the photons from that star or any object that left that particular time ago the light would take to reach Earth from there.

“Why not go there and change the past?”!

Well, by the time you reach there, even with the speed of light, you are going to see the present and not the past because by the time you get there, all that past that you were seeing before would be passed.

Many people believe that Time Travel is possible and some also believe that there’s Time Travelers here right now but not letting anyone know.

Prof. Hawking once waited for the visitors from the future without making any announcement. No one came. Also, he said;

“If Time Travel is possible, where are the visitors from the future?”

Neil deGrasse Tyson says that a timeline is fixed. Meaning! You are always being born, you are always walking for the first time, going to school, getting married and dying. Even if you had the power to control it, you could only see it. It’s like seeing ghosts. You can only see them (if you have the power) but not touch them or manipulate anything from that world.

Now, let’s agree to disagree for the sake of science. First, you can’t travel to future. Future is something that has yet to happen and you can’t go somewhere that’s not even there. Now, we can go to the past in harmony. I have an example for this example. In Terminator, (which is one of the most amazing movies and I love it) someone comes from the future to change the past. But, Sarah lady killed the guy and changed the future. (Don’t mind my way of telling the story. Just get the point) Now, if Sarah has changed the future which, of course, has yet to happen, then how did the man come from the future in the first place. Because she stopped that organization or whatever you call it from coming into being who sent that man back in the past.

In its latest part, Dark Fate, we see the robot which was created by the company that was never created. What I’m trying to say isn’t that the movie is worst, it’s amazing. I’m trying to tell that Time Travel is not just some fun trip. Going back and just being back there, even not touching anything, would change everything coming up ahead. And that would change you being back there in the first place.

For making it more understandable, take Looper the movie as another instance. He kills himself to prevent from killing a kid by his older-self. Now, if he’s dead, he’s not getting old. And if he’s not getting old then no one’s in danger and if no one’s killing anyone, he doesn’t need to kill himself. You might think, I’m wrong with this one but just think about it and you’ll figure it out. It’s not possible.

            Again, I don't mean to criticize any of the movie mentioned above. They are all so great. It was just for explanation.
